oneIDentity+ provides manufacturers with various functions in Freemium, Classic and Premium packages. In addition we support our customers in the implementation of customised complete solutions.
Classic
The Classic package allows you to enter the world of oneIDentity+. By uploading your serialised codes onto the oneIDentity+ platform, you as a manufacturer have the opportunity to have your products checked for originality, around the world and in real time. This applies whether the person checking is your end customer, your service partner or customs authorities. Direct feedback is sent to the user’s device in the form of a green, yellow or red traffic light with a custom message to increase the customer’s confidence in your products. This can be supplemented by product-specific images or links to external websites.
Within the framework of a Freemium version, the functionality of the Classic package can be tested for a maximum of one year and for traffic of up to 0.5 GB without a license.
Premium
In addition to the functionality of the Basic package described above, the Premium version offers far-reaching opportunities to develop your company-specific added value and services. On the basis of a dedicated rights and roles model, services can be adapted and optimised for specific user groups.
This way for example, your service employees will, in future, be able to retrieve track & trace information from a mobile device and document processes directly and seamlessly after scanning the product code using individualised value-added services. You can decide whether this user group is able to order spare parts directly using the app or if this function is reserved for your customer. oneIDentity+ offers all possible options based on your processes and requirements.
